“The desk workers were friendly. The room was not cleaned and the trash was not dumped the 3 days we were there. We asked why it was not cleaned. The desk told us they only cleaned every 3 days. The ice machine on level 3 was not working. When we checked in they told me that there was a 7 dollar a day charge to park. That was not shown at the online reservation website. ”

“We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. ”

“Had a wonder stay with Gloria and Cecil. The attention to detail and friendliness was genuine. They recommended some great restaurants in the area which were walkable that turned out to be fantastic. They were so kind snd welcoming. The breakfast was a huge plus and so good. 10/10 experience with the Lady Geneva Bed and Breakfast. Communication by them was also top notch with easy parking directions. ”
