“Resort piuttosto vecchio e maltenuto, con stanze ampie e sostanzialmente pulite. Personale lentissimo e a volte poco disponibile. Servizio in spiaggia pessimo, perché ti toglievano gli ombrelloni se solo ti allontanavi per un’ora. Mare molto bello, cibo di buona qualità, con molta scelta. È un compromesso per chi non vuole spendere tanto, ma essere davanti ad una bella spiaggia ”

“Molto gentile il proprietario ( parlava inglese lentamente e chiaramente affinché capissimo bene) e molto disponibile. Mi ha mandato dei messaggi prima del nostro arrivo per chiedere di cosa avessimo bisogno. Ci ha prenotato un taxi per la mattina presto per andare in aeroporto. La struttura è semplice ma accogliente. Comoda la vicinanza ( abbastanza) all’aeroporto.”

“Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento completo con salotto, cucina, camera da letto, bagno privato e giardino privato attrezzato con tavolino e lettino. Gli interni sono un po' datati, ma in pieno stile con i veri caraibi (l'extra lusso non c'entra niente con i caraibi). Tutto attorno agli appartamenti ci sono bellissime piante tropicali colorate. “Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. I called and the lady just said: “sorry m’mam I can’t find your reservation”. I texted the phone number with the receipt, the payment and the itinerary. No luck. No one even...

“The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The location couldn’t have been more ideal as we were close to most of the things we wanted to do.
