“The issue I had was the accessibility of our room. Had to walk thru the pool area to get to Tower B, which would have been ok, but it was rainy and cold when we were there. Also, paid extra for an ocean view and our window was so dirty you couldn't see the beach or the ocean. This place is getting run down and needs to be updated. “The staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you to Corey for helping me at check in after some confusion with the booking company. Although we loved the indoor pool, the water was extremely cold. We might as well have been taking an ice bath. The only complaint I have to make is that there was only 1 working elevator and the lighting outside in the parking area was almost non existent. “Convenient location and friendly staff. Hotel was older and in need of updating. The shower in our first room was not clean; however the staff ensured we were moved to a new room right away. We went out to dinner and were looking forward to having drinks at the hotel bar, but when we arrived, the bartender seemed put out that we were asking for drinks. “On the Riverwalk, which is what we wanted and our room had a great view. The hotel was within walking distance of places we wanted to go. Parking was very crowded and although our neighbors were a bit loud on the first night, the second night was fine. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. ”
