“0.5박 숙소로 묵었는데 공항 픽업 서비스도 있고, 체크아웃때 비 쏟아지는데 여직원분이 임산부인 제 아내의 캐리어를 끌고 비맞으며 큰길까지 배웅나와 택시에 짐실어주시고 너무 감동했습니다. (진짜 그냥 서비스를 해주는 느낌이 아니고 임산부는 힘쓰지 말라며 가을 배웅해주는 느낌이었음)”

“Molto vecchio e le foto su sito minimo risalgono a 20 anni fa. Unici lati positivi cordialità staff e posizione. Anche la colazione è "basica", c'è il menù e scegli cosa farti portare. Grosso problema con la camera (6 piano) non arrivava l'acqua!!!! Dopo qualche discussione ci è stata data camera al 4 piano.... più o meno ok. Evitare soggiorni lunghi, giusto per una notte sempre non si trovi in altra struttura, in zona ce ne sono tantissime. ”

“The staff are warm, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel is decent enough, but it is a very busy place and that high traffic has led to wear and tear visible around the building and rooms. Nothing a makeover wouldn't fix. Our family was comfortable there nonetheless and we're grateful to the lovely people working there for going above and beyond for us during our stay”

“The staff are amazing here. Ana was the best host and took amazing care of us. She gave us fun ideas of things to do and booked the tickets for us. We did the cooking class with coconut boats and the night lantern boat with the Memories show and both were definitely worth the money. The location is very convenient to the Ancient City and within a very short walk to amazing food options. ”
