“Spacious room, friendly and efficient staff, building and pools in good condition, and other advantages. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is good value for what it has to offer.”

“Great hotel, and great location not even 10 min walk from the gondola and main attractions. Room was very spacious and tidy, the balcony was the crown jewel as it was looking the mountains and slopes. Very tidy and clean. Staff was very friendly and the amenities were great. Was just missing some cooking pans and cutlery to use the kitchen and the hobs”

“Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. ”

“A very nice stay here, very comfortable bed, all new after a recent refurb. Great pools and gym. My only gripe was that the hot breakfast was not hot, in fact quite cold for some items.”

“Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later...

“This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. ”

“Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had...

“Nice hotel in quiet position but within walking distance to town and gondola. Large spacious rooms. Good selection for breakfast and dinner. Dinner includes local wines and beer.Lovely spa area. Very friendly and helpful reception man Salih. Thank you”

“Resepsiyondan itibaren başlayan ilgisiz ve asık suratlı karşılama tüm çalışanlarda açıkça görülüyor. Oda gayet pis. Luxury oda hariç balkon yok. Yataklar ve örtüler eski. Dekor berbat. Konum olarak da gondolaya uzak kalıyor. Yürüyerek ulaşım çok uzak, araç kullanmak gerekiyor. Tüm bunlar eklenince rezervasyon 4 gün olmasına rağmen sadece 1 gece kalıp ayrıldık. ”
