“Very new Hotel. I booked the executive studio, so the room was big and plenty comfortable. It's connected to the Grand Batam mall just next door and I don't need to walk outside to access the mall, which is very convenient. The only bad thing was that noise isolation from outside is poor. I could hear car noises form the outside. And for some reason they are doing some kind of remodeling/construction either upstairs or downstairs on a Saturday. “Mare e posizione incantevole, spiaggia di sabbia bianca, molto ampia e poco affollata, personale cortese e disponibile. Manca una sala ristorante ci sono solo tavoli nella zona reception dove vengono serviti piatti da tavola calda. Si può comunque accedere al ristorante (stessa catena) attiguo. Camera spaziosa dotata di piccola zona cucina. Il problema è che per fare la spesa nel piccolo supermarket della zona devi chiamare un taxi.”
