“Ottima struttura vicina alla via principale della caotica Canggu. Pulizia impeccabile di tutti gli ambienti e personale molto attento e professionale. Colazione superba con grande varietà di scelta e prodotti freschi locali. Consigliato anche come base di partenza per esplorare la parte ovest dell’isola. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente ”

“«Vi trivdes godt på hotellet. De hadde fine og rene fasiliteter, og de ansatte var svært hyggelig og hjelpsomme. De hadde også gode tilbud både når det kom til massasje og tours. Vi var på to ulike tours med samme guide, Made Susena, som var veldig trivelig og på tilbudssiden. Han tilbydde å dra innom flere steder på veien som ikke var del av touren, så vi fikk mange opplevelser vi ellers ikke ville hatt. Takk for oss!»”

“Secana Beachtown Resort is lovely, the rooftop pool and restaurant are amazing. There is a Mart that has a good range of supplies and an absolute gem of an Italian Restuarant not far from the resort. The surrounding area however is not great. ”

“The room was very noisy, 3 days later and only for the last 2 nights, after problems with the AC and 7 am wake up because of the technical problems with the emergency speaker in the room tgey switches us to the better room but again, very humid and bad smells. Never again ”

“Hotel muy lindo y muy bien situado. Todo el personal siempre súper atento y amable con nosotros. El restaurante está delicioso, cenamos y desayunamos ahí, y las dos veces muy bueno, es un lugar trendy pues siempre estaba lleno de gente que también venía de fuera del hotel.”

“Very nice resort close to the beach and restaurants and bars, quite and fantastic service and breakfast. Room was clean and big, receptionist and employees very gentle and available.”

“This hotel was lovely, the rooms were huge and had a massive bathroom, the hotel offers three pools, this was nice to cool down on a hot afternoon. There is a cafe in the lobby where you also get a free welcome drink, all of the staff were really helpful and super friendly at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk from the beach, many really good resturants and shops nearby and beach clubs are a short drive. ”

“We stayed 2 nights in the rooftop sea view suite. The resort is a small boutique type resort. The rooms are very unique spread over 2 floors, with a rooftop patio. However, could be a tight space for big suitcases . The best part of this resort is the staff! This hotel also has a partnership with Cafe Del Mar Beach club which was a nice perk too. This is a great place for a unique experience in Canggu for a few days. ”

“It’s a new hotel and the staff is excellent. Even when I had issues, they worked on everything right away and made sure to check in on me daily. They were receptive to my feedback (one was to add fridges to the rooms which they had ordered prior to my departure) and provided breakfast daily, entertainment once a week in the dining area. ”

“Albergo collocato un po’ lontano da tutto. Ho chiesto alla reception se mi poteva aiutare per affittare un motorino cosa che fanno tutti gli alberghi ma visto che loro offrono la navetta a pagamento stranamente non mi potevano aiutare. Lo staff della spa era eccellente ma quello del ristorante e reception decisamente meno. Ho trovato le condizioni igienica della zona ristorante molto scarse. Ho dovuto chiedere diverse volte di di cambiare piatto (sporco) il runner del tavolo (sporchissimi)....

“The hotel is located near the principal beach of Canggu. Our room was good and the bed was huge ( it was like the size of two queen beds ). The buffet breakfast was good and it was served in the rooftop. Great service also!”

“My late arrival was accommodated and I spent two nights in a luxurious, clean and comfortable private villa. The pool is lovely, complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff were kind and friendly. The location is perfect, under 10 min walk to a lot of great food, spa and shopping options.”
