“Location, style, price & comfort were all perfect for staying one night in the city for a friends birthday. Only complaint was their entry /swipe card system. They give you two cards, one red, one blue. I took one card out with me and upon my return couldn’t get into the building. Another guest saw me & notified me that I had the “wrong colour” to get in. He let me in so I could speak to reception who confirmed I needed one card to get into the building & the other card to get into my room....

“buona struttura, nella zona degli hotel di Perth, leggermente distante dalla zona dei locali e dei ristoranti, che peraltro offre poche opportunità di soggiorno. Cis ono comunque diversi ristoranti e pub in zona, nonchè un buon Irish Pub direttamente nell'hotel. Le camere sono pulite, un po' retrò ma riammodernati, mentre il bagno è con doccia nella vasca e rubinetterie decisamente agée”

“We had a great time during out 3 night stay at The Esplanade, it is a beautiful building with lots of choice as far as spending time in the bars, restaurants or poolside. The room was stock standard, nothing over the top special, but the bed was very comfortable, it was very roomy. I liked the option to not have the room serviced in exchange for a credit on stay, what a great incentive and makes perfect sense. The bathroom shower floor looked like it needed a good scrub but other than that...

“We love staying here as it is very close to the venue where we attend a lot of events. It is Handy to the freeways both North and South and easy walking distance to shops and the city centre. Staff are very friendly and attentive.”
