“When we arrive , it was around 5:00 pm but our room was not ready , we sat in the lobby and waited. It was not a long wait and the person who checked us was very nice and friendly. I do not remember his name but he was lovely. We were shown your room. It was a tired and well won room in great need of a refurbishment. Nice balcony over looking the license to chill pool. However, only one chair on the balcony. Missing tile on the floors. Box spring for the bed was sagging, ripped and disgusting. I...

“Check in and out was super quick. I love the idea of wristband key access! The rooms felt more like condos than hotel rooms. Due to allergies, I only stay in hotels without carpet, and this room was nice and clean. It was nice the bed was set far from the hallway. When I saw the amount of young kids (12 and under) with their families at the pool on spring break playing ball at the pool and being super loud I was afraid I wouldn't be able to sleep but that was far from the case because I...

“I spent a few days looking for a hotel near the Disney parks. I found the perfect one! I like everything about The Berkley! Our two bedrooms suite was huge with the full kitchen and dining area. The screened balcony was a nice bonus to enjoy breakfast! Room was clean, property is well-maintained, two pools and a spa were great too. It's only one exit from the Disney parks. I like that it's quiet after Disney's crowd. Plenty of parking spots right in front of the building. I'd definitely stay...

“A casa é novinha e linda, mas o condomínio ainda não tinha portaria e nos sentimos muito expostos. As garagens não são numeradas, então normalmente a vaga em frente à casa estava ocupada. A água quente é limitada e, se estiverem em muitas pessoas, o que é de se esperar já que a casa tem 6 quartos, os últimos a utilizarem o chuveiro tomarão banho frio.”
