“Very nice and brand new hotel. Excellent italian restaurant and excellent service at the restaurant. The lady who manages the restaurant is master of italian food and knows how to make customers feeling special. Room ok. Excellent location close to the historical city centre (2 min walking). Pity that first night heating in my room was not working and it was terrible! Fixed the day after but too kate.. i got a cold because of that”

“Das Hotel war insgesamt gut – saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Allerdings war ich sehr überrascht über die Preise für den Fahrradverleih: 10 Leva pro Stunde ist wirklich übertrieben und wirkt unangemessen im Vergleich zum sonstigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das trübt leider den ansonsten positiven Eindruck. Für zwei Stunden mit zwei Fahrrädern mussten wir 40 Leva bezahlen – das ist völlig überteuert! Bitte mieten Sie auf keinen Fall Fahrräder vom Hotel.”

“Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later...

“L'albergo si trova in posizione strategica, essendo assai vicino non solo al centro di Plovdiv ma anche alla stazione degli autobus provenienti da Sofia. Arredamento un po' sgargiante ma simpatico. Piuttosto scomodo il bagno, a causa dello spazio ridotto del water e di una vasca-doccia poco pratica. Il personale alla reception è poco cordiale”

“Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean ”
