“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“Not your typical Fairmont experience. Nothing classy or upscale in this stay, with the exception of our decent city view. The room was a king and very small. Use of services was very unclear. No clear offer of room service and we couldn’t tell if the water was even complimentary. All in all, not bad, but not your Fairmont stay.”

“Rooms were clean, beds were comfy Parking was free and easy Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself was cold but the rooms were warm. Nice bar and restaurant and starbucks is in the hotel. Didnt see much of the area around. Stayed for one night, grabbed an uber to go to the steelers game. That was an easy process and less than 20 mins to get to the stadium”

“Great location to downtown. Walked from hotel to Market Square & all around downtown. Frint desk worker was very helpful. They upgraded us to a suite on the 18th floor. Beautiful views! The suite was very clean and spacious.”

“These are cute and roomy studio lodgings suitable for short or long stays. The club house would be a good place to host friends - pool table and ample sitting and TV. I found the pool and hot tub closed for maintenance and since that was one of the reasons I chose the property, I was very disappointed and refunded $50 after speaking with mgmt. Most communication is by text or calls unless you find the staff in the office during regular office hours. The room was at a very low humidity setting...
