“The hotel was a great location. Staff were helpful and friendly. What I didn’t like was the deep base music that was almost vibrating the bed for three nights in a row until midnight or later. It was coming from a bar one block behind our room. Also, it was appreciated that the roo Was refreshed daily but replenishment of items was hot and miss like the complimentary waters and the coffee cups and pods. “This was a great hotel for a one night stay when I arrived in Savannah. It had everything I needed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful! Luggage storage was helpful and they were very professional and felt it was all secure. It was also the perfect central location. In the middle of the touristy downtown to the north and the heart of the historic district to the south. All very walkable and near some good restaurants. Would stay again! ”

“Overall a great location and most staff were excellent and welcoming. We were not able to access our room until the posted time but could drop off our luggage at the front desk. Not happy about all the extra fees and still trying to resolve the pricing. We loved the restaurants in the hotel with extra incentives to dine there. “Property is beautiful and well taken care of. The daily housekeeping was spotty at best. They seemed to forget or miss something almost daily. Also one of the restaurants did not serve fresh food. I ordered mixed fruit dish and it was old. I would recommend the place overall but would probably find another hotel for my next visit.”

Faccio presente al manager che non fa alcun gesto… anzi… da la colpa a noi che avremmo dovuto accertarci se la camera fosse pronta. Niente scuse, niente risarcimento. Nulla di nulla. In camera lavandino non scarica e abat-jour non funziona ”

“Nice place. Staff is great. If you can't do steps stay on 4th floor, it doesn't have an elevator. Walls are a bit thin, you can hear thru walls, we stayed 4 nights, just had a loud tv last evening. ”
