“Amazing sunrise and sunsets on the beach, beautiful location. Specific room could use an update relative to the resort but overall it was a lovely stay.”

“A fantastic heated pool with waterfalls and hot tub. Our room was large, very clean and had a great view of the pool area. The hotel is right on the beach with easy access. There also a very nice outdoor bar and grill by the beach. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. ”

“The staff, especially Latoya, was professional. Courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. The breakfast was really good, with a great selection of items. The hotel rooms need an update, but was clean and convenient. The area surrounding the hotel was adjacent to the Riverwalk. Close to the performing arts center, museum and restaurant. I would recommend it.”

“We only stayed 10hrs in the room. We never heard the airplanes. The staff at check-in were friendly and competent, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again if I were traveling to Jacksonville.”

“the property was definitely better then the "hostile" like property we moved from however it could use some help with the mildew smell on the rug areas . maybe some FREE amenities to use like a coffee bar , (the water did not look appealing ) maybe a bowl of fruit . The area is really not convenient unless you are going to uber EVERYWHERE. We walked one night to treaty park and almost got mugged TWICE . THERE IS DEFINITELY an unsafe element. The riverwalk is beautiful to see but honestly no...
