“Otele geldiğimizden çıkana kadar hizmet Güleryüzlülük harikaydı. Kahvaltı çok lezizdi. İkramlarınızla bizi inanılmaz mutlu ettiniz. İlk kez yeğenimizin nişanı için geldik, tanımıyorduk burayı ancak herkes o kadar iyiydi ki :) Bir daha kesinlikle buraya geleceğiz. Güleryüzlülü insanlar. Odalar tertemiz ve yeterliydi. Ne anlatayım çokkkkk mutlu ayrıldık valla helal olsun”

“ Daha önce de tercih ettiğimiz Anemon Samsun'da genel olarak her şey çok güzeldi. Ancak, bazı konularda iyileştirmeler yapılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. İlk olarak, çocuk havuzu kullanılmıyordu ve daha önceki konaklamamızda da saunayı kullanamamıştık. Spa bölümünde sürekli bir şeylerin eksik olması üzücü, çünkü havuzu nedeniyle bu otele diğer 5 yıldızlı otellerden daha fazla ücret ödüyoruz. Bu hizmetleri kullanmayı beklemek hakkımız diye düşünüyorum. Bir diğer rahatsız edici durum ise yetişkin...

“Staff does not speak english, except from the valet man. He came rushing to us to help us unload our suitcases and then parked our car in the hotel garage. He spoke english quite well and even submitted us with maps and information about the city and Hattusa. Breakfast was so so. Room was ok but not more than ok. ”

“Hotel is really wide, and looks very attractive at a glance; afterwards everything is confirmed especially when you visit the resort SPA which is really great. Rooms have all the comfort, and despite of some lack of maintenance you can really relax. Restaurant offers a buffet or a la carte, and quality of food is good with a sufficient variety of possibile selections. The only truoble we encountered with the reception at check-out, when we understood that they charged all the cost on a single...

“İlk kez gitmiş olduğum bu otelde bence herşey çok iyiydi. Güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımsever personeller, lezzetli yiyecekler ve her alanda temizlik çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle tekrar gideceğim.”
