“Excellent property. I want to make special mention of Mayank Sambhawani who was the Rooms Director; Prashant Singh at the front desk and Kishan the driver were excellent. They all provided great service and help. Prashant went over and above to make our stay comfortable and ensure we got what we needed. Kishan driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again as well as recommending this property ”

“Room very humid and with unpleasant smell. Shampoo and soap not replaced during the cleaning. We were charged 450 rupees for a bottle of water despite the waiter told us that our rate included soft drinks and water. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, very disappointing. ”

“Rooms are pricey but well worth the experience So many great people - Let’s start with the warm welcome from the front , Vans - who took care of our room Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable. “We had an incredible, amazing experience staying at the hotel. The palace transported you into a long ago era and let you experience what it feels like to live as a Maharaja or one of his royal dignitaries. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our every needs. The food was unforgettable. We still talk about our meal experiences at the palace. A definite bucket list type of experience.”
