“The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place. ”

They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you. “We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks.”

“Hotels Room are clean and neat. But water park is not at all good. Main swimming pool has very dirty green water and also mouse inside. Slides and children water park ok. no so clean. Park timing very odd 10 am to 5 pm and so there is no benifit for people staying back at this resort. May be good for day picnic”
