“Best property for location, literally connected to the haram and puts you directly in front of the bab as sallam gate. Excellent staff and eccellentbfood offerings. Only issue is it is so big you have to catch three different elevators to get anywhere. Easily can waste 20 minutes just going back up to room and back down if forget anything. Room to haram time and distance is very cumbersome because of multiple sets of elevators you have to take.”

“Really nice hotel, very nice staff and great atmosphere around the hotel lobby area with entertainment and providing water. Couple little annoying parts where the key cards always needed scanning to enter rooms multiple times throughout the day. Cleaners had to be told to clean rooms multiple time before getting cleaned. The extra bed kept rocking back and forth which was annoying overall good hotel and great staff. ”
