“We loved its location. It was very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The shower was beautiful. The room was a little small for international travelers with a suitcase each but we were able to use some of the space in the bathroom to stack up bags (but it made it difficult to unpack). The staff was friendly and accommodating. My one real complaint is they charged me more than I was supposed to be charged. I was able to show them my Expedia reservation and I did get the price adjusted but...

“This property was located right on the harbor and was convenient to many restaurants. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We made use of the hot tub-felt wonderful after a day of exploring the city. We especially liked the Captain’s Bar and trying a variety of rum and mixers. ”

“Got the 1 bedroom apartment (in a different wing of the hotel). Big enough for 2 adults and 1 child, good terrace with partial view to the Harbour. Carpeted floor all around (not best option for us), room a bit dated, but overall a good stay and well cleaned. Great staff overall the hotel. Average bar at the lobby. Good breakfast with enough options. Not easy walk back from the city centre as uphill. ”

“Exceptionally comfy beds and great location. Lovely reception staff. Breakfast, however, was over priced and pretty average. Service at breakfast was not good and i didn't feel welcomed. For $52 I expected fresh avocado, not processed green stuff. ”

“An outstanding hotel in a great location. Our suite was large and comfortable with a great bathroom and a separate guest bathroom. Furnishings were carefully chosen and are excellent. The restaurant serves a full breakfast. One complaint: WiFi was not reliable and was unavailable for more than 18 hours. ”
