“The outdoors are beautiful. However, the rooms need more maintenance, they are a bit too old. The Restaurant food can be a lot better, and the servide of the people watching the pool can also be a lot better, they leave you on your own.”

“I like that you didn't have to worry about your vehicle being broken into as I've had a previous incident that makes me cautious as to what hotels I stay at. The only down side is that you have to pay their day rate per day that you have your vehicle in their parking lot. Other than that my stay at the hotel was exceptional. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised the lobby was much nicer than the last time we stayed in a Best Western (many years ago). The breakfast was decent, and they had a very nice server to dish up our plates. There was also a specialty coffee machine with various flavors which was very welcome. This hotel caters to families coming in for BMT graduation services at Lackland AF Base so they did a couple of really helpful things: They gave us a print out of the grad events with a map to get to the Base...
