“Beware the “upgrade”. Not all the room are set up the same. After booking a normal city view room, I was told at the reception that I had been upgraded to a larger lagoon view room. This sounds good in theory, but in practice, this style room is very impractical, especially for a business trip. There was no desk or table to set up a laptop workspace, and customer service was not able to supply one. The bathroom has no mirror whatsoever for shaving, etc., no towel, racks or hooks,and no curtain...
