Very bad organization

"We booked for 4 people and after a very long waiting at the check-in (even with passport in their hands they were mistaken the reservation taking a differnt last name), we reached the room and the sofa as extra bed was without blankets and in teh bathroom there was only one towel. After calling the reception we waited more tahn half hour for getting teh extra towel and blankets. After 12 hour trip we want just to take a shower and had to wait for towel. When I complian about the not readiness of the room, they answer that this is their policy: when people arrived to teh room have to ask what they need which for my point of view is not acceptable since I have booked and prepaid a room for 4 people and so my room should be ready at my arrival!!!!"

"Vacanza indimenticabile, tutto perfetto. Camera spaziosa, panorama su Abu Dhabi fantastico. Servizio in camera eccellente, pulizia top. Cibo eccezionale per quantità e qualità. Un ringraziamento in particolare a Vina e Gani, sempre attenti e premurosi. Bellissima piscina. Personale gentile ed efficiente ovunque, a reception, piscina, ristorante (un ringraziamento a Viola al Restaurant Terrace). Da tornarci assolutamente."

Outstanding staff, very comfortable stay

"I stayed at the Rixos for four nights w/family. The staff was incredibly courteous, helpful and available at all times. The room and premises were wide, modern, and confortable. Plenty of activities for adults and children, plus four pools and a beach. Many dining options. I would come back in a heartbeat"

"E' possibile accedere solo se siete in TRANSITO! Per gli Italiani: vi informo che se viaggiate con WizzAir potete stare nella stanza 1h, perché il desk per ritirare la carta di imbarco (che occorre per entrare) apre all'1 ed il volo e' alle 3.55 per Roma. Ho chiesto rimborso mi e' stato negato! FATE ATTENZIONE"

"Struttura meravigliosa, stanze bellissime e vista stupenda. Personale gentilissimo, ristoranti di livello molto alto, attenzione nei confronti dei bambini inaspettata. Piscina bella, pulita, non sovraffollata. Anche la piscina dei bimbi mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso. Il mare non e' bellissimo, ma la spiaggia è piacevole e il contesto ancora di più. Super promosso tutto! Tornerei "

Favoloso

"Esperienza fantastica sia dal punto di vista logistico che dal punto di vista della struttura Pulita , confortevole, nuova e con un personale sempre gentile e a disposizione Consigliatissimo per famiglie soprattutto per la spiaggia attrezzata davanti all’hotel con piscine per bambini, adulti, spa, palestra e tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi "
