“We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Loon Song Cottage. The cottage has a screened front porch, which you don't see often in vacation rentals. (So many times I have wished that we could keep the front door open, but can't without a screen.) The cottage is nice and new, and very clean. “We had a wonderful stay at the Poet's cabin. It is a nice little place for visiting the Acadia National Park area. It also has a very good sitting area outside and the hosts are very helpful and welcoming! The only issue is that the door opening to the bathroom is very low (I'm 6'2 and hit my head multiple times on the top of the door frame), and the shower is very small. The home is exactly as advertised and a great place to stay, but wanted any other "taller" people to be aware before booking.”

“We will tell you the pictures didn’t do the place justice. We enjoyed it so much. If there is anything that was a negative it would be the road noise was noticeable at times and no place to hang anything except a couple hooks on the door not one closet”

Sitting out on the screened porch in the comfy cushioned chairs was a favorite after our day’s activities. Very quiet and serene away from all the touristy stuff. Highly recommend staying here!”
