“It was a decent stay for the convenience. I don't have any complaints. The only thing is that the TV in the room was extremely small, but the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets and linen.”

“Waited for a long time, several minutes to check in with people ahead of us, maybe more than 10 minutes. When my wife and grandson and I got into the room: Awful, we saw pop like stains on the wall. The mattress looked suspicious as having blood smudges. Hair and crumbs or something all over the sofa cover… we left couldn’t stay there. Impossible to call the manager the next day to get a refund. Tried to cancel or next stop at the baymont Jackson Tennessee location and could not get a call...
