“I was put in a room all the way in the back when I walked in there was there insect in the room I went back to tell them she called someone the person spoke Spanish and said she didn’t see anything to just tell me they cleaned it but what they didn’t know is I spoke Spanish too so went back packed my suitcase and left the same day and was still charged for full stay ”

“The staff were very nice, I will not dispute that. But I would say, they are very disorganized with their refund. It's been more than 2 weeks since I checked out, and I haven't received my refund. They're excuse was that they had refunded it to my expedia account, which doesn't make sense, becasue I paid with my card. I find that very unprofessional. Also, they didn't mention that I had to pay for parking. So beware of that. That would come out of the amount you put down for your stay”
