Middleton Views Villa

Middleton Views is a fully self-contained villa located on Mt. Clarence in Middleton Beach, Albany, Western Australia. The property has been designed to provide singles, couples and digital nomads with an executive style villa to cater to your accomodation needs while visiting Middleton Beach and the greater Albany area.
Located a short 2 minute drive (approx. 400m walk) to the beach and situated close to a range of coastal walks, Middleton Views caters to all types of travellers. Whether you want to stay in, and enjoy the tranquility of the property while taking in the vast coastal views, or you want to head out and explore all the beauty and history of the area, Middleton Views provides the perfect base for your time in Middleton Beach, Albany.

We arrived to an amazing view, clean premises, and all items required were available. The peace and quiet was perfect. A short drive to shops, beach, and restaurants. There is a fantastic bush walk close by.

Perfect in every way

Perfect apartment, Perfect location
What a beautiful apartment in which to spend five days to explore the Albany area. Everything was of high quality - towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils... the list could go on and on.... Equally, it was wonderfully clean and tastefully decorated in shades of grey and white. At the end of a long hike, it was a very real pleasure to return 'home' and sit on the deck with a glass of wine overlooking the bay. We thought the whole experience at Middleton View Villa was absolutely 5* and recommend unreservedly. The quality, views and location made it excellent value. Thank you Tim.

Beautiful views and lovely accommodation
The property is lovely and new and immaculately clean. Comfy beds and sofas and beautiful light pouring in from the windows overlooking Middleton Beach with fabulous views. The host thoughtfully supplied everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect Holiday Accommodation
Everything about this villa was fantastic! Amazing view, clean and cosy accommodation that had absolutely everything we needed. Modern appliances, comfortable living areas (inside and outside) and beautiful bathroom. We will definitely be recommending to others and will stay here again in the future.

If you’re coming to Albany this must be a first stop. The location is breathtakingly beautiful and the home is fresh, clean, brand new and gorgeous. We were very sad to leave.
