"Capisco che siamo a Courchevel ma un albergo del genere a 249 € a notte è improponibile. Camere vecchie, datate e fredde, bagno con doccia nella vasca senza nessun tipo di protezione e di conseguenza allagamento del bagno durante la doccia zero frigobar colazione pessima insomma non si può spendere tutti questi soldi per un hotel che sta tra le due e le tre stelle e non le quattro ufficiali"

"This hotel could be a real gem (its location is excellent), but it is managed extremely poorly, and my stay was filled with unnecessary frustrations. First, I was told well in advance that it was necessary to book a parking spot in their garage. I followed their instructions and even confirmed that my car was a few centimetres shorter than their stated maximum length. Yet, when I arrived, the assigned space was too small: my car didn’t fit fully inside, so I had to leave the garage door open with the rear of the car sticking out. Then came the dinner by the lake on August, 2nd. On the hotel’s advice, I booked as soon as reservations opened (in June!) on their website. Despite being one of the first to book, I discovered on arrival that they had taken other reservations beforehand. Instead of the promised front-row seating, my table was placed in the third row. Service was equally disappointing. Upon check-in, despite carrying luggage, no one offered assistance or to take my bags to the room. They simply handed me a luggage cart, leaving me to manage everything myself. The final blow came on the last day: when I went to retrieve my car, I found an insulting note accusing me of using someone else’s parking space — the same space the hotel had assigned me. Sadly, my overall experience was one of frustration rather than enjoyment, and I cannot recommend staying here until management and service standards improve dramatically."

"ATTENZIONE RUBANO DENTRO L'HOTEL! Siamo stati derubati nella sala principale dell'hotel, ci siamo accorti immediatamente del furto e lo abbiamo segnalato al personale e al Direttore. Il personale ha fatto finta di non sapere che fare non fornendoci nemmeno l'indicazione del distretto di polizia più vicino. Il direttore ha fatto spallucce con un sorrisino compiaciuto, facendo dubitare la totale estraneità dell'accaduto. Si precisa che per entrare nella zona del furto vieni identificato e se non cliente dell'hotel vieni mandato indietro, quindi persona sicuramente dello staff o cliente. Hanno vietato la visione delle telecamere per individuare almeno il soggetto sia a noi che alla polizia. Per scusarsi entravano in stanza ogni giorno alle 18.00 anche senza permesso e all'urlo alt, per evitare di farli entrare dicevano sorry i don't undestrand. Inoltre hanno addebitato due volte il cenone di capodanno, grazie ad un'attenta esamina della ricevuta ci siamo fatti rimborsare almeno questa somma! State attenti in questa struttura tutto troppo poco chiaro e troppa indifferenza per un evento così grave si tratta sempre di un Hotel si lusso, che di Imperial ormai ha solo il nome. Non ci hanno saputo nemmeno indicare qualcosa di tipico dell'alta savoia. Pessimi in tutto!! "
