“Ellicotville Chalet was the perfect place for our family trip. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our party of 14. The location was perfect, only a very short drive to Holiday Valley Resort. The only reason I marked a 4 for cleanliness was because we had to wash the pans, cups and silverware before we used them because they had food on them or were dirty. The same with the stove. The floors were a little messy and the fireplace had ashes and the ash bucket was filled to the rim....

“Perfect location, beautiful view of Lake and the stars!! Clean place, Wi-Fi better than I thought it would be. Only complaint is hot tub. It took 16 hours to get it up to temp from our original check in time. Once up to temp, it was nice, but loses heat after about half hour. It drops 5 degrees then takes about 8 hours to get back up to temp. I know it’s a newer hot tub so I assume host is working out the kinks. Great stay though and good host communication. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was an almost perfect late fall weekend and just loved being able to watch the sunrise from the comfort of our living room. Everything was as stated in the description. Having a heavy duty crew cab pickup presented an interesting endeavor getting turned around 😆, the driveway was very steep and not a ton of room. I managed. Skee Ball was a huge hit. Didn’t explore the dock since it was the last weekend of October. Would definitely consider staying there...
