“Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. “This is a decent hotel. The issue we experienced was that our room thermostat did not work. The only employee on duty was at the front desk during a Holiday weekend. However, we figured out how to turn on the fan manually. It appears this hotel is understaffed. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible.”

“Hotel and staff were nice. We came from out of town for a festival and would definitely stay again! My only complaint is there was no elevator however that was my bad for not checking.”

The spray butter for the waffle maker was empty as I watched people try to make waffles. The pastries must have been at least a week old as they were hard as a rock. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor, check in took forever as there was a line and one slow person checking people in”

“The location was so convenient for our stay to visit Hocking Hills! The welcome center and pencil sharpener museum were right across the highway, and 4 restaurants were within very easy walking distance. Walmart is less than a mile away as well as ice cream, mini-golf, a petting zoo and a great coffee stop. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast choices were plentiful, the hotel was clean, the pool was clean, and the kids loved getting complimentary cookies and...

“If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15...
