“The staff was GREAT! The inside of the hotel could use some work and the bathroom had water damage on the bottom of the door and cupboards. If you’re not worried about a perfect room, the outdoors was well taken care of and the pool was cleaned every day. Isn’t a bad stay for the price. ”

“We liked the room with three separate areas. We did not like having to wait with other people until 4pm to get into our room. Isn't there a way of staggering, allowing people to get into their rooms over a couple of hours. People have to check out by 11! Also, need more help with luggage. Very difficult to navigate the corners of the building to get to your apartment on the 2nd floor. We ended up taking our luggage down the stairs! Also, the bathroom was locked at the pool....our key did not...

“Great communication. Was able to check in late with no problem. Property is a little dated and could be cleaner. But the people working there are amazing.”

“We arrived in the middle of a storm and it was very hard to find our room. Very clean but the toilet seat was broke and the bed and pillows very uncomfortable. We went to Walmart and purchased pillows. Very quiet and the resort was secluded but very convenient to get to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again. ”
