It was very clean, and had everything we might need - easy parking, comfy beds, places to hang out (front room, kitchen, outdoors - tho it was cold for outside for is as we were visiting family for thanksgiving, but it looked very pleasant :) soaps, towels, dishes etc. It also had lovely decor while feeling very comfortable and was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again for sure. ”

At first cleaning our dishes in the bathroom was funny however we managed.I met Oxana and she is so nice. We were able to chat and she informed me that there are more homes Sergie owns. “We attended an event at the Golden 1 Center and wanted to stay close to the venue. The communication with Sway was exceptional. Responses were prompt and detailed - we always had the information we needed to make our trip a success and stress free. The apartment was a short/pleasant walk (5-10 minutes) to downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. The Golden 1 Center was 15 minutes (in the same downtown area). “New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”
