“This was an excellent house one row of houses from Hollywood Beach. Dining was within walking distance. The management was easy to work with. Check in was a breeze.The home was well appointed with a kitchen and convenient bathrooms. The balconies were very nice. The house is not on the beach, but the beach is as close as you can get without being right on it.The main living area and kitchen was on the second floor of a 3 story home. “Great property with a few exceptions. Sliding windows facing ocean need to be cleaned, would help if a squeegee were available. Need reading lights in all bedrooms, including living area so you don’t need to turn on overhead lights at night. “Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!)
