Easily could fit another couple or a family with kids. Short drive to downtown. Walkable to Starbucks or Vons or to some restaurants. “Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home. ”

“I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!”

“Great property with a few exceptions. Sliding windows facing ocean need to be cleaned, would help if a squeegee were available. Need reading lights in all bedrooms, including living area so you don’t need to turn on overhead lights at night. Definitely need a booklet with house instructions for using all appliances including heater and oven. Would be very beneficial if all bedrooms had luggage racks.
