Summary:
Welcome to this charming and very centrally located apartment! Tastefully decorated with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in the city of Antwerp with plenty of cosy bars, great restaurants and lovely boutiques nearby.

The Space:
Tastefully decorated with high ceilings and lots of light make this the perfect getaway for a holiday at the bustling city of Antwerp!

There is one spacious and comfortable bedroom with double bed attached to the open bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy a lazy movie night in the huge comfortable sofa. Gather around the dining table for a romantic dinner after having prepared a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. On the backside of the apartment, there's a lovely inner patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The Neighborhood:
The old city centre is steeped in history. You will find it in ancient building-fronts on narrow streets or in the imposing Grand-Place. The Plantin-Moretus Museum is the only museum in the world to be classified as a Unesco World Heritage site. In the shadow of the Cathedral of Our Lady, the city teems with life in intimate pubs and restaurants. The banks of the Scheldt are a great place for a breath of fresh air.

Antwerp is a world city on a human scale. There’s always something to see and experience from interesting museums and fun attractions to surprising spots and architectural highlights.

The trendy Het Zuid neighbourhood is all about art and culture. Here you’ll find the city’s three large museums (the Royal Museum of Fine Arts - which is undergoing renovation - the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Photo Museum), numerous art galleries and a few famous auction houses. The area around Vlaamsekaai and Waalsekaai is home to modern galleries and some exclusive design and interior shops. Worth checking out, even if just for some inspiration.

Het Zuid is a lively neighbourhood, especially after sunset. That’s when the hip cafés and restaurants come to life. Taste the best of what Antwerp has to offer and meet some of Antwerp’s many bon vivants. Raise a toast to the good life, together with writers, actors and artists.

Het Zuid’s hipster factor is highest in Volkstraat, where you’ll find several trendy concept stores that stock design products, unique accessories and lots of interior objects. A very lively neighbourhood which is always nice when shopping.

Getting Around:
ACCESSIBILITY:
The apartment is located in a pedestrian area. Antwerp is a metropole and offers lots of public transport possibilities. We advise you to avoid the city center by car. Please note that the entire city centre of Antwerp and Linkeroever are a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) to ensure that air in the city becomes even cleaner. The most polluting cars are no longer welcome in the city. Always check your vehicle with the check tool before entering the LEZ.

PARKING:
The apartment is located in a pedestrian area. In order to get there, you can leave your car at "Steenbergstraat" or "Nationalestraat" for a couple of minutes to unload your luggage. After that, it's advised to park your car in a public car park nearby as parking in the streets is quite difficult and expensive. The nearest public car park with most places is "Parking Cammerpoorte". The cheapest option to park your car is are de P+R parkings outside in the suburbs.

For all parking information, we refer you to the website “seety”. This website will clearly show the parking options when entering the accommodation address. It shows parking costs, the possible durations and even public (underground) parking options if available.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There areplenty of public transport possibilities (tram, bus, metro...) so you avoid traffic and difficult and expensive parking. At "Nationalestraat" (around the corner), there's plenty of tram and bus stops that take you to the city center.

BIKE PARKING
You can park your bike safely on ground floor in the building. Please make sure other people can still pass by.

Other Things to Note:
The property owner has appointed Huswell to support them before, during and after your stay. Thanks to Huswell, the owner can give all guests the best experience possible. It’s important to note that If you reserve this accommodation, you conclude an agreement with the owner and not with Huswell. In this context, Huswell is only a service provider to the owner and supports the owner with the rental of this accommodation. For more information about Huswell, we refer you to our profile!

The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in its own name and on its own account.

LINEN ISN’T PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation does or does not provide high-quality bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. You can check this provision of linen easily in the section “What this place offers” under the button “Show all amenities”. When bed and bath linen is provided, it is clearly indicated as “Essentials” and “Bed linen”. If linen is not provided by the owner, these amenities are not displayed, and linen can, in that case, be optionally ordered via Huswell after confirmation of your reservation.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très bien situé et calme
Nous avons effectué la majorité de nos visites à pied. Nous avons pris le métro et le tram Pour accéder au secteur de la gare centrale (magnifique architecture) et du quartier diamantaire Il est regrettable que le Linge de lit ait été en supplément La gestion des déchets ménagers est particulièrement « écologique « (absence de conteneur à proximité de la location)
