Completa ristrutturazione completata a novembre 2018!

Seacliff Beach Home è un moderno rifugio della metà del secolo, lussuosamente arredato, con dettagli di livello esecutivo in tutto, ed è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla pista da spiaggia Seacliff. Goditi gli aggiornamenti top di gamma;

- Nuovissima piastrella in ardesia in tutto il 1 ° piano

- Tutto il nuovo 'Lanai Room' con un nuovo divano letto estraibile e una grande TV a schermo piatto e smart

- Bagni nuovissimi (incluso il bagno principale en suite) con tutti i nuovi ripiani in granito, pavimenti, mobili e moderni box doccia in vetro senza cornice

- Tutte le nuove finestre e porte

Il piano inferiore ospita la sala Lanai con divano letto, una camera con un letto matrimoniale e la camera per bambini con 4 letti singoli. Al piano inferiore ci sono 2 bagni completi, così come la lavanderia. Al piano superiore dispone di un piano open space con cucina, zona pranzo, soggiorno e balcone tutti collegati (con vista sull'oceano!) - Perfetto per gruppi numerosi o famiglie multiple. Al piano superiore ha anche una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, un bagno di servizio e la camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale e bagno padronale en suite. Seacliffe

Three generations of our family spent a weekend in Seacliffe at this updated two story home. Home was comfortable with enough room to spread out and accommodate all 9 of us. Gorgeous ocean views from the great-room and deck, comfy beds. A well stocked kitchen allowing us to do meal prep without any issues.

Well appointed house close to the beach

Excellent Santa Cruz triathlon week-end in this spacious and very confortable house located close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Very pleasant deck on same floor as living area with some ocean view.

Wonderful Experience

This house is not only beautiful but fully functional. The kitchen was fully equipped down to nice stemware and kitchen tools (even a grater)! Towels were set out on bed in organized bundles. It was a 5-star experience for sure. Everything was clean and organized.

Wonderful place

Our family had a wonderful time and this place was perfect. The large table was perfect for meals and family game time. Everything worked great!! It’s a bit of a walk for beach access but we made it work.

Lovely house for family gathering

Wonderful place for getting together, space and privacy and great common area. Our multigenerational family had a great thanksgiving weekend there. Only caution is that although the entrance to the beach is, as advertised, a five minute walk, the beach itself is another 5-10 minutes descent via stairs and a path. Not a problem for most people, but best to know about ahead of time for elderly or the very young so alternate plans can be made. We hope to come back. The beach

Great location to the beach. The house wasn’t very clean upon arrival, the floors were dirty as well as the couches need a vacuum. Some of the bedding is tired and has stains. We unfortunately visited during the heat wave and there was only 1 fan in the whole house - temps around high 90’s. It would have been nice to have more fans delivered since there was no AC. We couldn’t get the fire pit in the outside table to work, I inquired early into our stay but never heard back. I would stay again and hope it would be a bit cleaner especially since the cleaning fee is so high.

Wonderful modern house, great for multiple families!

This was a terrific house, updated and clean, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space for everyone. Loved the neighborhood and short walk to the stairs to the beach.

Awesome location and house

Perfect location, you can walk to everything, beach, town, Marianne's ice cream. The house is beautiful with lots of room and comfy beds. Outside areas upstairs and down are both great for cocktails, dinner and games. Only problem was the fridge broke and we lost most all our food for the 4 days (one family member is a chef) and the owner and Beach nest would not reimburse us for what was lost or even respond. They did put a fridge in the garage 24 hours after it went out so we went to the store and started over. Very disappointing there was no response considering it's such an amazing house and everything else was perfect!

Family Beach Retreat

We had a terrific time at this property. We had eight guests--three young couples, two babies, and two grandparents. Even with this number of people, we had sufficient space to not only gather as a group, but also retire to individual bedrooms int he evening. The property is very comfortable and well-maintained and situated just a short distance from the beach. It is also close to Santa Cruz, Capitola and a large number of surrounding restaurants and activities. The Seacliff beach area is beautiful and just minutes from the front door. The property is excellent. Highly recommended.

My dream home!

My first time ever vrbo-ing! I don’t think I could ever go back to hotels. We had a short stay at this beach house beauty. It was my daughters 16th bday & we treated her & a few of her friends to a beach getaway with parental supervision of course! ;) Everything was five stars all around but did give cleanliness a 4 due to outside overflowing garbage cans. 5 stars to the property management company for being so responsive & had the extra trash picked up the next morning! They are a great host to work with especially since it’s my first booking. My daughter has been all smiles nonstop as she & her friends had the best time! This was a perfect treat for the teens as well as the adults. Would absolutely book here again!! Thank you for the lovely memories!!

Birthday weekend
