“We had five adults stay in the townhouse over a long weekend to see the mansions for Christmas. The townhouse was clean, well appointed, and in a great location to many shops and restaurants. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!”

“We were in town for a fishing expo. We needed a place to stay and this fit the bill perfectly. 3 guys were fine with one on the couch. A really great spot for two couples. Parking was easy when we were there, but maybe not always. The place was clean. Access was unique but convenient. The location was really perfect for us. Thanks for a great visit. We will be back!”

Getting in was super easy. Edward even mailed a package back to me that arrived after my departure. Very fast communication. I would love to try to snag this gem for Newport Folk Fest.”

“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host.”

"Hotel molto comodo e carino con vista sul mare...bagno grande e ampio ... letti comodissimi... piscina al chiuso che essendo stati solo una notte non siamo riusciti a utilizzare "

Un hotel dove non tornerei

"La mia permanenza in questo hotel non è stata soddisfacente. Il personale della reception non era gentile ne’ disponibile. Le chiavi elettroniche non funzionavano bene e abbiamo dovute sostituirle più volte. La struttura non è bella e non è tenuta bene. Le stanze sono discrete, abbastanza grandi con spazio per valigie ed effetti personali, c’è una vista carina sul porto. La posizione è oggettivamente molto centrale e strategica per visitare Newport. Tuttavia la pulizia è molto approssimativa, il bagno direi sporco. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e la stanza non è stata mai rigovernata e pulita. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con pochi asciugamani…. Da ultimo, le stanze non sono insonorizzate e si sentono rumori incredibili a tutte le ore. Mi spiace ma non tornerei in questo albergo "
