“The hotel is new and the rooms ave very beautiful and potentially comfortable. The restaurant is good and the staff is hepfull.
On the very negative side the heating in the room was terrible (too cold or too hot, no control possible) and at 6:00 a folse fire alarm went on and staied on for several long minutes. Last but not least the shuttle did not show up at the right time . It's a new hotel, I hope they can improve in the future, but for now ...”

“It was a good hotel don’t get me wrong that was was amazing a the staff too. But there was nothing near by. Lucky the bus stop was near by!”

“They gave me one of the smallest room but still with a reasonable size
Rooms are quite new with a modern essential fornitures. Next to the hotel there is a good restaurant and hotel it is located within a walking distance to the town center with more bar and restaurant. Breakfast essential. Parking can be an issue. ”

“Hotel con servizi di un vero cinque stelle uno su tutti il turndown serale. Peccato la zona, seppur sulla carta sarebbe la migliore ad un passo dalla Grand Place di fatto la parte peggiore di Bruxelles piena di negozi di ciarpame e ristoranti di infimo livelli. Un albergo così dovrebbe essere al Sablon ”
