Great customer service
"Front desk was great. We arrived early and was told we couldn't check in, but when she saw that I wasn't feeling well and was going to my granddaughters wedding she let us check in so I could sleep. The hotel does need a little repair but the room felt safe and the bed was comfy."

"BEAUTIFUL! LOVE THE DECOR!! The only instead the beds were hard and we work up with back aches. Was told that the beds were being swapped out. I truly hope those queen beds weren't new. If so, they seriously needs a "topper" so there's a little give. Staff were so kind and welcoming. The decor was ..."
