While Arendahl is a little away from the more common Norwegian tourist spots, I wouldn’t hesitate to return just because of our positive experience there.”

“The hotel is in an idyllic location very near the south coast of Tromoy island, with a pebbly beach and cafe within easy walking distance and a petrol station/shop and also supermarket within a mile or two. It is on Google Maps which is how we navigated our rented car there - our car sat nav did not know how to reach it! Despite arriving late in the evening the staff managed to rustle up an excellent late-night snack for us both. The breakfasts are superb and the indoor pool excellent - used it...

“Nydelige omgivelser, gode senger og vennlige unge servicearbeidene. Alt ble skjemmet av dårlig vedlikehold og manglende rengjøring. Vi hadde en enkel, eldre hytte. Terrassen var ingrodd av skitt og malingen flasset av, mange av bordene var rotne. Trist”
