“I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel. The property is excellent, with spacious and well-furnished rooms. The location is truly enchanting, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, I must highlight some shortcomings in the restaurant service. During one dinner, they served us a bottle of wine that was already uncorked and didn’t pour it into our glasses, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this...

“The hotel suited my needs. Clean, warm, pleasant staff. Delicious food with generous portions. I was a little dissapointed that the pub and coffee shop they display on their website were closed for the off-season. Yet there are plenty of alternatives within walking distance. I loved the history of the hotel and the pride with which this is displayed. I would definitely stay again. ”

“I was expecting much better for what I paid. We had to wait more than 1 hour after we have ordered to receive our meal at the restaurant. All the waiters and the other employees were wearing just a plastic face shield without any other face mask or PPE. Many guests weren't wearing any face mask in the common areas and nobody wasn't there to call them to the rules.”

“The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best. ”
