“I booked two rooms for my group. Upon checking in my room was filthy especially the bathroom. It was not cleaned at all.(I had sanitary concerns). The other room the window that would not close all the way, making a large whistling sound (this gave me safety concerns especially for a young female). I immediately addressed the issues with the front desk and was told to contact expedia and they would appeove a refund.
