“Lovely staff who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Very comfortable beds in basic but clean rooms. Great common area with nice amenities. We felt very at home. While the location is great for skiing - lift is right across the street, it was very hard to get into town, to grocery, etc. ”

“ログハウスの珍しいタイプの宿でした。 珍しいのでそれなりに興味をそそられました。 今回はたまたま仕事で現地を訪れていたので、家族での利用でしたが、使い勝手はビジネスホテルのほうが自由度が高いように感じました。 もし遊びで家族で訪れていたのならば、緑が多くて、それなりによかったのかもしれません。”

“当日の予約だったのに清潔でお風呂が温泉で、安いとても良い宿に泊まれました。 また機会あれば泊まりたいです。”

“Nice lodge, close to bus line that reach the skiing area. Friendly and guests as well as management. All people are there for the skiing and you can make your own breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen. I would stay there again if going again.”

“Really happy with the service given. Hotel staff and owner were really friendly and cheerful. Each morning the owner was happy to accommodate for the bus shuttles to and from the ski resorts. Complimentary breakfast each morning was great and was always convenient. Hotel was kept extremely clean and even with one shower the organisation of when people get showers was sorted out very well. If i return to Hakuba i will be staying at this Hotel again for sure.”

“館内や部屋は清潔で暖かく快適です。 タオルも毎日替えていただけました。 部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのが残念。 外国人が多いため夜ご飯が付いてない宿が増えたのか、周りの店は予約しないと入れない程でした。一番残念だったのは大浴場が8時半で終わる事です。夜食食べて帰って来たらもう終わってます。外国人はいいかもですが、日本人はガッカリです。せめて10時くらいは開いてて欲しいです。いいお風呂だから余計に惜しい！ 朝ご飯は２日間同じメニュー。7割外国人だと聞いたので誰も文句ないのか、せめて2パターンくらいはあったほうがいいかな、二泊するとちょいツライです。 安かったから、しょうがない、泊まるだけならいい宿です。”
