"stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte). Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella."

"Caesars AC deserves at least one stay in our life. One can enjoy all the amenities of a luxurious hotel at the price of a regular three stars. I was just a little disappointed by the... soap. As collectionist of hotel soaps I was expecting a thematic shape... I'm totaly disappointed by Hotels.com because when I booked the hotel logging as US member, the link switched to an Italian section. Thus I was charged by a fee for foreign transaction by my credit card. Moreover, now I don't know where are the reward points accrued in the past at Hotels.com."
