Lovely
The hosts were fabulous. Gave us great restaurants in the area. Lent us an umbrella for the beaxh after my mother overheated. Very friend, always reachable. How has everything you need. They even have grill and bikes you can use. Looks like it was just redone. Highly recommend. I will be going back.

Enjoyable stay
Chris was a very responsive host for check-in and fixing a problem with the shower. Also, allowed me to store my bike in garage. I used to have a place nearby so I know and like the convenient location; can walk to stores and restaurants on Ventnor Ave and beach/fishing pier at end of street. But apartment has some room for improvement. The only seating was an uncomfortably low sectional and kitchen chairs (I suggested to Chris that he add a comfortable chair in living room). Could clearly hear footsteps above - I’ve since seen listing for upstairs unit and floors are largely bare, so adding rugs could help reduce sound. Kitchen had the basics (except a dishwasher), but looking a bit worn - scotch tape holding laminate counter end had come loose. So, overall a fun stay, just a few small upgrades would make the place even better.

GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOUSE!
Christine was awesome, anything that needed to be addressed was handled ASAP. The house was clean and only a few short blocks to the beach and local stores. The space was great for four of us, and Christine did everything she could to make us feel welcome and at home.

Great Ventnor NJ stay
The unit was very clean and close to the beach (approx. 3 block walk). It was stocked with sheets, towels, dishes and silverware, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters and spices. There was even a basket filled with goodies in the kitchen for us when we arrived. It also included beach tags. The owners were extremely accommodating and let us store our bikes and food in the shared garage before check in and after our stay. I accidentally locked us out one day and Chris responded immediately and got us back in in no time. The experience was flawless and I highly recommend renting from Chris. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next summer.

Relaxing and rejuvenating
The owners were very helpful with information and quick to respond to questions. Parking was easy every day, just as the owners had said. The apartment was very clean, with extra special touches. Kitchen had more than the essentials for family meals; good cabinet space.. Bikes and beach chairs available to use --an unanticipated plus. This apt is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood; residents all friendly. An easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Clean house in a safe neighborhood
This house was perfect for a last minute stay for four people. The house was clean and had a nice welcome basket with snacks and local restaurant menus. The neighborhood was safe and an easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs were included so that was one less thing we had to remember to bring with us. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We never had a problem parking. There is only one TV in the living room, but it had a roku so we were able to stream through apps. The wifi was fast and had a strong signal. Our only complaint was how much we heard the footsteps above us, especially in the middle of the night running around and jumping. But that's more of a reflection on the renters and not the owner. We would definitely suggest this rental to family and friends who come down. The owner is local and is always available for questions and concerns, which is a plus when it comes to short term renting. The price was a steal for Labor Day weekend! It is a five star place!

Great Vacation in Ventnor
The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The owners were available anytime we needed them. They had bikes, beach chairs and carts for us to use. Everything was great!

This rental has it all and more!
What a lovely shore rental. It is located 2.5 blocks from the beach. We stayed on the first floor unit, so no stairs. It is a newly decorated 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. The bathroom is brand new and very clean. The owners are very kind and considerate. They left a welcome basket with snacks and menus to many delicious restaurants in the area. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, they also provide linens, towels, soap, tissues and beach tags. They even had a little soap holder in the shower. In the garage is another treasure trove of 4 bikes, 2 beach wagons, numerous beach chairs and a barbecue grill. There is a hose next to the garage to rinse the sand off. There is an outside table and chairs with umbrella on the back patio. It is nicely furnished and has some really cool art on the walls. The kitchen table has 3 big comfy rolling chairs which is the perfect place to play games or do puzzles. There is a large TV in the living room for down time, to sit on the comfy sofa and watch shows on multiple streaming services. The best was how comfy the bed was, so we could sleep like babies. My husband and I want to stay longer next year.

Excellent location, super clean and cozy
We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and it was perfect for what we needed. The location was fantastic! You could walk to the beach-and the boardwalk and there are beach chairs, beach carts, and bikes available to use- in the garage. You could also walk to restaurants and coffee shops! This was our first time in Ventnor and we loved it!

This property was a perfect for a beach vacation! It was a short walk from the beach, restaurant and stores. The house was equipped with all the essentials. Chris was very responsive and made renting easy! Would highly recommend!

perfect location!
This was our first trip to Ventnor City and we had a great time. Chris was very friendly and accessible in person and by email. The place was very roomy for the two of us. It has a nice large kitchen with everything you would need, including a nice welcome basket with snacks! We loved the laundry room, so nice to wash workout gear and bathing suits. It's a nice touch he provides beach chairs, that's less for us to pack. A short walk gets you to the beach, restaurants, CVS, etc. A great time!

Great Place
The place was great! Full kitchen with pots and pans available. Super close to the beach and fishing pier (good for late nights walks). Chris was always available to help within a matter of minutes!

Perfect
This place provided everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked. Bed sheets and towels are provided. It was very clean when we checked in which is a big thing for me. Chris checked in with me a few times to make sure all was going well. We were able to walk to the beach. There are also several restaraunts within walking distance. Atlantic City and grocery stores are all just a few minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better location or experience.

AMAZING!!
We were a group of 4. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY BEYOND WORDS COULD EXPRESS. It was not only cozy but convenient! We were only a few blocks away from beach, & from restaurants. We didn’t have to travel far for anything really. We will definitely be coming back next year. If we could give this beyond 5 stars we would!

Walk to Everything in Ventnor
This snug, charming first-floor unit is one block from the bay and the landmark Ventnor Water Works, and three blocks to the Atlantic Ocean and the Ventnor Pier. Hosts, who live nearby, were gracious and attentive. Easy walk to coffee shop, good Mexican food (Isabella’s Ventnor Cafe), pizza, a drug store, and more. Ventnor is an old-fashioned beach town — hosts even provided beach tags and chairs.
