Beautiful Catalina Island Villa in Hamilton Cove 1-72

Escape to the island for a relaxing getaway in this beautiful Villa with stunning panoramic ocean views. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is the perfect place to unwind while gazing onto the horizon from the spacious balcony. All room have an amazing ocean view. Dine on the deck after preparing dinner in the large gourmet kitchen, loaded with everything you need.
As you step into the villa, you are greeted by an open and airy living area, thoughtfully designed with large windows to maximize the panoramic ocean view, which open to a large balcony where you can relax and unwind. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and a smaller TV near the breakfast bar and kitchen. The large balcony has two outdoor tables with comfortable chairs and a large propane grill.
Enjoy the two spacious and luxurious bedrooms with ocean view and open to the balcony. Wake up to a restful slumber to the sound of waves. Both bedrooms have their own TV’s and the master bedroom has a private bathroom. Enjoy a relaxing shower or a bath in the guest bathroom. The third bed is an inflatable mattress which fits in the family room.
The large kitchen is fully equipped to create your favorite gourmet meals. With all modern appliances you have all the necessities and space for more than one cook in the kitchen. Dine on the large balcony, at the dining table, or the counter bar.
The villa accommodates up to 6 people as does the included golf cart. Explore Avalon in your private golf cart using the map included in the villa. The third bed is a queen-size blow-up mattress.
All guests can enjoy the many amenities in the Hamilton Cove Community. The clubhouse has a pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Stroll down to the secluded beach where you can BBQ at the picnic tables, play volleyball or badminton on the beach volleyball court. There is a half basketball court and children’s playground by the secluded beach as well. The community also includes a croquet course, tennis courts, and a 18 hole putting course.

Great place
Adorable neighborhood, great amenities. Check in process was a little confusing but I’ve been reassured they will be more clear for future guests. No service in Hamilton cove unless Verizon fyi but they have wifi

Hamilton Cove in August
First, let me say how much my family loves staying at Hamilton Cove on Catalina. This is the ideal vacation spot for three generations. This unit had a great kitchen, lovely views, and comfortable beds. There were a few issues, however, that could readily be fixed. First, we wanted to use the barbecue, but the lighter had no fuel and there were no matches. We borrowed a lighter from a neighbor, and bought a lighter at Vons. Also, the towel rack in the master bathrooom kept falling down, so eventually we didn't use it. In the master bedroom were two septuagenarians who were also paying for the two condos at Hamilton Cove. Lovely family reunion. However, not having grab bars in the shower made it too dangerous for 70-plus people with mobility issues to take a safe shower. Couldn't grab bars be installed? We old people want to travel, but we don't want to die in a fall. Very slippery surface in the shower. We love Hamilton Cove and will come back next year. We are the perfect demographic for VRBO: old, with money, and needing a place for a family reunion. But the unit has to accommodate the needs of seniors a little better.
