Il lusso al suo meglio !! Nuova costruzione 6 camere da letto 5 e un mezzo bagno di casa. Il primo piano offre tre camere da letto, una sala da bagno e una suite in camera, lavanderia e ampio salone con angolo bar con accesso al cortile posteriore. C'è anche un grande portico coperto per godersi le brezze estive. Il secondo piano offre un ampio spazio di vita aperto con cucina di lusso con grande isola centrale e zona pranzo. C'è un mezzo bagno nella hall che porta alle due suite al secondo piano. C'è un altro grande mazzo fuori dalla zona giorno per rilassarsi e godersi il sole estivo. La camera da letto principale del terzo piano con terrazza privata è una cosa di bellezza con grande doccia piastrellata e vasca da bagno. Questa casa ha tutto quello che c'è da offrire per la vacanza estiva perfetta. I proprietari sono disposti a consentire i cani con il consenso e una piccola quota per animali domestici di $ 250. 00.

Avalon getaway
Property is ideally located 2 1/2 block walk to beach and 1/2 block away from shopping/dining. Surprisingly quiet given proximity to main part of town, easy walk to most things. Home itself is large however the cleanliness left a lot to be desired typical jersey shore cleaning service along with price for such. Jersey shore nonsense with linens/towels have to rent thru separate company absolutely worst quality towels and no extra blankets available other than bedspreads, at this price point that is crazy. Pet friendly but where do extra fees end? The home itself was for sale so you could tell owner not putting any money back into it coffeemaker leaked all over counter when you tried to add water. Management company did respond quickly to a constantly leaking kitchen faucet and was swapped out in 1/2 day. They did have a garage with beach chairs and bikes in it however no mention of such in the listing so brought all of that along with purchasing a weekly beach tag for all members of my party prior to arrival to find 12 seasonal tags for use at house that was not mentioned in listing so my tag purchase was a complete waste of money. Overall a great space for a large family as plenty of beds and baths with close proximity to beach and town.

End of Summer Vacation
Perfect house for two large families. Close walking distance to town and to the beach. House was well stocked but could have been a little more organized. Downstairs had another living room which was great if you had family that needed to work. We utilized the small table and set up a computer monitor there. Nice back yard where we set up games. We would definitely go back as it was really a great location and beautiful large home.

Extended Family Vacation
Property is fantastic! All bedrooms were large and bedding was clean. We enjoyed using both decks. Kitchen was well appointed with two different types of coffee makers and tons of serving options for large groups. The home offered nice furniture that was not worn. Parking in driveway was a bit tight, we tried to keep all vehicles on one side of the driveway and or parked on the street. Location was fantastic to restaurants, shopping and ice cream. (A nightly favorite.) The property manager was very attentive and addressed our requests timely. We would stay again!

Great for gatherings
Other than it raining 75% of our stay, the house and area it’s located in is terrific. A bit of a walk to the beach but so close to restaurants and mini golf and ice cream. All the bedrooms are spacious and pretty, nice for entertaining adult children since many have their own bathrooms. If there was any complaints it would be that there are no glass Pyrex pie plates or 9x11, 9x13 or other mw safe cook/bakeware. They come in handy when making dinners for 14+ Also, no working can opener could be found, also comes in handy when making tuna, salsas, beans etc.

Someone is looking the other way…
Urine smell throughout entire 1st floor, wet urine spot on 2nd floor carpet , sand in bedroom bureau drawers and hair in bathroom cabinet drawers on 2nd floor, hair on walls in bathroom on first floor, dirty front porch furniture, very very poor hot water pressure in kitchen sink on 2nd floor, only one television is working for entire house

No hot water in master suite shower Stagnant foul water in downstairs bathtub and after unclogged they never cleaned Major safety hazard present and almost caused physical harm and they were not helpful to remove umbrella blown on roof Dust and cobwebs on ceiling fan rendering unsafe on ceiling fan Powers Group was unaware of all this and let us move in

Perfect Beach Stay
A group of 9 adults (4 families) and one toddler stayed here and this house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was large and fully equipped- great area to all gather. The house itself was decorated so cute - it was even nicer in person! We had enough beach chairs and plenty of beach toys that we used from the shed. It was a quick walk to the beach, and an even quicker walk into town where we found ourselves browsing the shops, testing the ice cream, and going to dinner- not to mention the amazing sunsets we caught on the bayside. Not once did we feel on top of each other and having the separate den was a huge plus- we will definitely be renting again!

FANTASTIC HOME!!!
This was a fantastic home in the heart of Avalon!! The house is gorgeous and fully equipt with everything we needed! Great set up! The kitchen family room was a perfect entertaining place and the porches were lovely to sit out on in the sun and in the shade! We biked or walked into town and to the beach everyday! We definitely will be coming back!
