“1. l'albergo applica una procedura di pulizia di camera ogni 3 giorni!! non credo sia accettabile per la tariffa pagata! 2. all'arrivo c'era lo scarico del water che non andava. Abbiamo alzato il coperchio del water per fare andare lo scarico manualmente. 3. il pavimento all'entrata della camera cosi come il corridoio davanti alla camera erano bagnati. non so se si tratta di una perdita dell'acque condizionata.”

“We have stayed here several times and keep coming back. Location is ideal for walking to restaurants and sites. We love the pretty courtyard and hot tub. Staff is very friendly. We were disappointed that they charge a fee ($35?) for early check in. If the room is ready, it costs you nothing to let us in early but creates a negative vibe to charge a fee (which we chose not to do).”

“The best note for the location: perfect. And the coffee at the lobby, that is a very lovely place with wonderful garden too. The room is big with a very useful kitchen: coffee machine and owen too(even we didn't use it). The building is a romantic one: but the room' s forniture need renovation! And a deep cleaning job...”
