“La struttura è moderna e vicina al porto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ed il bagno di buona qualità. La colazione è nello standard anche se la qualità non è il massimo. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo a richiesta. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. I prezzi nella norma. ”

“I have to say I was greeted at breakfast with the warmest hello ever. Employee Samuetta Harris is an awesome person. VERY helpful, friendly and kind. She shows love and kindness in what she does on her job. Wow she is phenomenal. I just had to share that experience. Front desk staff extremely kind and friendly. It was a good stay. I will return here again when I come back in August.”

“We currently stayed at Shem Creek June 30th-July 5th. When we arrived our room appeared to be clean. We however never received any housekeeping during our whole stay. We even asked one of the housekeepers if she could clean our room on the 4th day we had been there, she never showed up. Also the other groups of people we were there with never received any housekeeping there whole stay.”

“I felt safe as a single traveler. The parking lot was well lit and maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. They did a nice job remodeling the rooms. The breakfast bar was well stocked and maintained. Everything was neat and clean. I would happily stay here again.”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”
