“Staff was friendly and helpful. The taco stand had really good food for a good price. And within walking distance was Herbies (very very good food and good local beer on tap). Sombrero beach is just a Mile away which is a must for swimming and sunbathing. ”

“This is our second year at one of these cottages. We love the complex and the location is great to get to many things. The cottage has everything you would need and is very clean. The host has been great to work with.”

“I wasn't expecting a 140 resort fee due before proceeding past the gate guard. The gate guard's response to my puzzled look was, "You were aware of the resort fee, right?" The fee is likely (at least I hope) embedded in the TOS. Moving on. The property permits pets but walking one's dog is prohibited. The properties are so small that one must walk a dog. Knowing this property was on a canal with open water access, I was not surprised that it needed some TLC. I think, most folks rent this type...

“My husband loved fishing everyday and I enjoyed reading.The place was in a perfect location and had most of the comforts of home. There was no cleaning table for the fish big inconvenience and no light available. My issue is the lack of shade on the porch on the comfortable couch. It’s way too hot”

“The cottage worked great for our sister trip. It was a good halfway point to many of the Key's attractions and was in a nice quieter community. The cottage was cozy and clean, but don't expect a fancy accommodation. The property was right on some water which was really nice.”

"L’appartamento era molto spazioso, forse perché era accessibile a persone con disabilità. La zona cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa necessaria per cucinare, il patio aveva il ventilatore con il cordino rotto e quindi non si poteva spegnere..abbiamo dovuto staccare la presa di corrente. Le sedie avevano i cuscini molto sporchi, andrebbero lavati ogni tanto..il bagno è molto spazioso, il lavandino molto piccolo in proporzione. Letto non molto comodo per i miei gusti. All’esterno c’è la ghiaia, quindi camminando sui sassi e poi entrando in casa si lasciano tutte le impronte. Nel complesso in ogni caso, per una notte è stato un buon compromesso comodità/ prezzo per visitare le Keys."
