“Absolutely beautiful resort but very little English spoken. Restaurant service was exceptionally poor and food was of very basic quality. The scallops were overcooked to the point they couldn’t even be scraped off the shell and that was after a 1.25hour wait for our meals with only 10 people in the restaurant. The wait at the beach bar was at least 30min each time as the staff were more concerned with their phones and talking to each other rather than serving customers. ”

“Da evitare, cibo di scarsa qualita, bagni con porta sapone pericolosi in coccio, rotto uno me lo fanno pagare 4 volte il reale costo ed in piu mi prelevano dalla carta di credito piu del prezzo pattuito...scarsa professionalita...inoltre la barca non si è mossa dalla zona turistica piena di barche, poche attivita nelle zone piu belle si consiglia di sceglierne altre a prezzi piu umani visto il posto”

“The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very accommodating and very willing to stop what they were doing to get listen to any concerns, or questions. Hotel was very new and had just opened this year, so lots of new things were going on. “We did an overnight cruise as a family of 5 and we all really enjoyed the beauty of Halong bay. We had heard that the bay is very polluted, we did not see this initially, but the next morning we cruised through a very polluted part of the bay, which was so disappointing to see as it really is a beautiful area.
