“The staff and food were amazing. The itinerary does not feel too rushed. The technology on the boat could have been better because the wifi and TV were NOT working. ”

“BEST BOAT IN THE BAY🚢⚓️ Clean , big rooms , great food staff. Definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get on this boat ~ we were traveling from the USA and we thought the weather was supposed to be nice and it rain for both days that we were in Ha Long Bay, which kind of sucked, but you can’t control the weather. Definitely would’ve used the pool outdoor bar more if the weather would have cooperated IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SPACE. loved the gym food was delicious. Sammy Lilly...

“Dejlig tur i Halong bugten. Vi havde to nætter som varmt kan anbefales, dag to var en heldagstur med gode oplevelser. Alt om bord fungerede godt, søde mennesker til at hjælpe dig. Det var nok mere et 4 stjernet hotel men 5 stjernet oplevelse. Smuk smuk tur”

“Crociera di per sè molto carina, il valore aggiunto è proprio il personale che si è dimostrato affidabile, professionale e disponibile in maniera incredibile. Non è semplice trovare una simile professionalità nel Sud Est asiatico. Cabina molto carina con grande bagno e con un terrazzino minuscolo. Ci saranno penso un 50 ospiti forse 40. Il mangiare buono e vario, veniva effettuato il refill dei piatti di portata quindi un all you can est. La sera invece si veniva serviti al tavolo.”

“Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. ”

“Everything perfect, clean room, good food, satisfying excursions.”

“Is a great experience to have a family’s trip together. Was really a good family bounding especially with my daughter during the kayaking activity. Itinerary was well organised by our tour guide ( Tony) and his crews. Would highly recommend to first timer to Halong Bay. My only negative comments to management would be crews member smoking at the deck after work. Me and family member was supposed to have a very good chat and decided to go to the room because really can’t tolerate the smoking...

“Service was top notch. Our butler Brian attended to our every need. All the staff for that matter was on top of every detail, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The food on board was phenomenal. You really do get what you pay for with these experiences and I had zero complaints. The water was clean when we went in for each excursion, and there was truly nothing like waking up to and being surrounded by those incredible views everywhere you look. Worth every penny. ”

En revanche, la procédure d’arrivée serait peut être à revoir car c’est un particulier qui vient vous chercher en bas de l’immeuble : nous avons dû demander à quelqu’un de contacter la personne car nous n’avions pas de carte SIM.”

"Grande struttura davanti la baia. Camere molto spaziose e comode. Dispone di una spa e di una grande palestra. Personale molto gentile e premuroso. Buona la colazione al buffet per qualità e scelta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."

"Un'esperienza straordinaria. Ho fatto la crociera di due giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto. Il cibo abbondante e buonissimo. La nave tenuta molto bene soprattutto molto pulita. Le escursioni divertenti. La camera di giuste dimensioni con il bagno molto grande e con splendida vista sulla baia. Quello che ha reso però la mia crociera straordinaria è stato il personale. Sempre molto gentile e con il sorriso sulle labbra. Li ringrazio uno a uno. Vorrei però fare un ringraziamento particolare a Mr Bruce e a Ms Tina che ha reso la mia esperienza indimenticabile."
