“Great stay at Hotel Jay, but lacking room service. We left our room each day at 9:30am and not once was it cleaned. We had to ask for towels just to have cleaned ones and they weren’t even going to pick up the dirty ones until I asked them to remove them. 5th time staying here and will be back but they need to housekeeping staff. ”

“The place is beautiful with a personal touch everywhere. Breakfast was delicious with 4 different homemade breads, fresh fruit, homemade jams and so many other options. Coffre near fireplace and relaxing music in the morning set the mood for the day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room was big and clean. The only downside was that the hot tub was occupied by large company of people drinking beer there for hours so other skiers were not able to enjoy it...

“Will definitely be coming back! Great location- couple minute drive from a lot of food and drink, <10-15 min drive from Stowe mountain. Hotel was homey and cozy with fireplaces in the room and around public areas. The staff were super nice and helpful. The spa was great too. I visited in the winter and it had an outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, sauna and steam room all open (there may be more in the summer).”
