“Stowe is firmly implanted in my brain as an amazing place to visit, and the Timberholm plays a big part of this. Just a few minutes drive outside of the town centre, it's easily accessible and yet far away enough that it feels secluded and peaceful. What a gorgeous lodge too, with all kinds of activities and a huge fireplace with roaring flames if you just want to chill. “I gave everything a five-star review, however this is an unstaffed property so the service I mentioned was related to housekeeping and whomever put out the breakfast. I never saw anyone, however, all communication I had with them via email was excellent. I also noted that I enjoyed the area. However, the restaurant at the hotel and all the restaurants in this immediate area are shut down from Easter until May 15th. ”
