Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, ottimi servizi come il transfer gratuito da e per il centro città, colazione discreta e piatti molto gustosi per uno spuntino. Unico difetto della stanza: le condizioni del bagno sono piuttosto trasandate. Molto pulito, ma con una vasca estremamente rovinata, tanto da sembrare sporca. Al contrario, l'hotel (il bagno, la camera e le parti comuni) è estremamente pulito. ”

“Very comfortable and clean apartment in a great location. Bed is firm, balcony has a nice view of downtown, kitchen is small but well appointed and I used it most days. Lao people are incredibly friendly and I felt welcomed everywhere I went. There is a nice grocery right across the street, the mall next to it, and within walking distance to the night market and street market. The host was super responsive. “Check-in was a breeze and the rooms were great. Our A/C wasn’t as cold as we’d liked and the lock on the door was hard to bolt in but other than that, it was an amazing stay.”

“Very nice structure, friendly staff. The only issue if that most of the staff speak very little English (or any other Western langiages) making communications awkward. I would really advise to have people at the reception learn English”
