“Great hotel ”

“Rooms were some of the best we have stayed in while in Laos. Superb value would be a $500 a night hotel minimum back in Canada. ”

“昨年に引き続き利用させて頂きました。 メコン川沿いにあり大変、景色も良く繁華街にも近く良い立地のホテルでした。設備も良く毎日の清掃も綺麗でした。 夜はナイトマーケットが近いので、周りの音楽が部屋の中まで聞こえてきますので、静かに部屋では過ごせない。 残念な事があるとしたら昨年よりスタッフの対応が下がっているのかなぁと感じ、また部屋のシャワールーム排水溝が悪かったと感じました。”

“Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money.”

“L' hotel è molto bello, con piscina e palestra. Il ristorante per la colazione si trova nella strada di fronte. Purtroppo lo staff non ha mai risposto a numerose email inviate per prenotare dei transfer dalla stazione bus e aeroporto. La camera assegnatami, molto bella, era sull'ala in rifacimento, quindi con operai e calcinacci a terra. I portasapone erano quasi vuoti. In compenso la colazione era ricca e la qualità del sonno molto buona.”

“Very large hotel, staff are mostly pleasant. Average maintenance. Breakfast has options, although does not change much over the course of a week. The egg stand at the breakfast serves cold, half-cooked, pre-made omelettes, although the chef was very busy on his phone, for both days I waited there, and could not attend to my request to heat one up. Food at bar is pricy and overly sauced and sweetened. The place could be better cleaned, as I spotted a couple of 6-leg critters in my room and the...

“Right in the middle of the riverfront, this French colonial–style gem is one of my favorite hotels anywhere. The courtyard and pool are stunning, and most rooms come with big balconies overlooking the peaceful setting. Evenings are a treat too—their drink menu is surprisingly sophisticated for Laos and makes winding down after a day of exploring even better.”

“I love it. Will book again. Clean room, staffs are very nice. Check in was very easy. Walking distance to the river front night market. Hotel is also across from a good restaurant too. Breakfast is very good. Dining area is very clean. Great hotel ”
