Appartamento completamente arredato e attrezzato, appartamento silenzioso e luminoso (100 m2, 3BR, 2BA) in posizione centrale, nel quartiere Eixample di Barcellona, nel quartiere di Sant Antoni.
Situato nel classico edificio modernista dell'Eixample vicino a Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas e Paseo de Gracia, vicino a diverse linee della metropolitana, dei treni e degli autobus, a molti negozi e ristoranti e al mercato comunale di Sant Antoni.

Bel quartiere dell'Eixample, molto vicino ai viali e alle piazze più conosciute. Sei a pochi minuti dal Paseo de Gracia o da Plaça de Espanya; la Feria de Barcelona, che puoi visitare molte mostre e fiere.

Clean, quiet, and bright in an excellent location
This apartment was the perfect location from which to explore all that Barcelona has to offer. It is centrally located in a vibrant neighborhood within walking distance to most of the prime tourist attractions, and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and an amazing market. The apartment itself is clean, light-filled, spacious and remarkably quiet. We were traveling with our adult children and appreciated the room layout with private spaces for everyone and a larger common area with a big dining room table for board games and group meals. It was also very convenient to have the opportunity to do laundry and a place to store our bags after checkout as we were heading to our next destination later in the afternoon. Our communication with our hosts, Eloy and Maria, was excellent - they are very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Barcelona. We hope to return in the future!

Outstanding location
A wonderful property 8n an excellent location. The apartment was even nicer than it appears un the pictures. Everything was clean, comfortable, abd tastefully selected. Best of all, Sant Antoni is an amazing area in which to stay. It was a chance to live and eat among Barcelonans, with tremendous tapas bars, restaurants, and wine stores all around us. The hosts were very helpful, as was Carmen who checked us in. After fgving us everything we needed, they left us alone to explore. A tremendous experience.

Great location
Nice apartment really well located close enough to walk to many great places, and within a couple blocks of several different metro lines. The apartment itself was a little loud, with the bedroom right on the stairwell so we could hear people coming and going at all hours - but earplugs helped. Otherwise, everything was clean and the location was perfect for us.

Good Family Holiday
Overall a good family holiday. The apartment has a lift and is a couple of blocks from the San Antoni market. The apartment has been renovated and is nice. The main window has an electric block out blind on it. The other smaller windows do let in some light. The apartment does echo with noise, so if you have a toddler or young kids you will need to be mindful of making noise. We could hear the neighbours at times but that is to be expected in apartments. The apartment had milk, coffee, washing detergent, beer and biscuits, which was all very much appreciated. San Antoni and Urgell metro stations were both in easy walking distance. The beds were quite firm. Everything was clean.

Clean, convenient and everything we needed
Great location! The apartment was very clean and welj stocked. Carmen, who checked us in, was delightful. We found the best restaurant just around the corner named CAN CARGOLET and ate there twice! Family restaurant was delicious. The communication with the hosts was terrific too. Highly recommend!

Zentral, angenehme Umgebung, sehr zu empfehlen
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, ruhig nach hinten, ganz in der Nähe einer Metro Station und der Haltestelle des Aerobus und fußläufig ins Barri Gothique. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind um die Ecke. Die Umgebung ist angenehm bürgerlich. Im Vorfeld haben wir umfassende Informationen zu Anreise etc. erhalten. Die Wohnungsübergabe erfolgt persönlich. Es hat uns bei der Ankunft Kaffeepulver und Kapseln, Teebeutel, Kekse, Oliven und eine Grundausstattung Essig/Öl etc., und Spültabs für die Spülmaschine erwartet. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, haben gute Einzelbetten, zum Doppelbett verbunden. Die Bettdecken sind etwas dünn, wenn man nicht das Zimmer als solches heizen will. Zwei Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig. Das dritte hat ein Fenster ins Treppenhaus, man hört daher den Lift und Kommen und Gehen, was Gott sei Dank aber nicht allzu häufig ist. Zwei der gegenüberliegenden Schlafzimmer haben Milchglastüren, so dass man jeweils sieht, wenn im anderen Zimmer das Licht angeht. Wir konnten uns mit eingeklemmten Decken behelfen; vielleicht schafft der Vermieter hier Abhilfe. Wohn- und Esszimmer ist sehr gemütlich, mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln für 6 Personen. Insgesamt rundum zu empfehlen!

Stayed here for the weekend, property was ideally placed and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Lovely thoughtful welcoming pack that was unexpected. Kitchen has everything you can imagine needing. Only slight criticism, was that the beds and pillows were too hard for our taste and now it’s getting cooler, duvets or blankets would be perfect. Would definitely stay here again,

The property was well located allowing my group convenient access to the two city tour busses as well as shopping and dining. The unit itself was clean and well appointed. Our hosts was responsive and check in and out was easy. It was nice that we were given 2 sets of keys allowing our group to split up. Also the washer and dryer were a nice touch.

Apartment was perfect for us. Would stay there again. Carmen the housekeeper checked us in and was wonderful. The owners provided so many extras in the kitchen. Only thing that would have been nice is if the owners had met us when we arrived since Carmen had limited English.

Wonderful
The apartment is exactly as described and has everything you need for your stay. It’s quiet, comfortable and more spacious than we expected with each bedroom off a long hallway and a door that closes off the living area. It’s located in a great neighborhood that feels local, not touristy with lots of bakeries, grocery stores and tasty restaurants. There are two metro stations nearby. The hosts were very responsive and the check-in was easy.
